- I think "never event" was chosen because it will not be reimbursed (negative compensation). But, with the law of unintended consequences, I suspect it will be used to seek tort compensation.

I am finding that my pool is almost too hot. And the ozone levels are not making my lungs happy. I keep asking myself why I decided to move to Sacto and leave coastal LA where the high has been nearly 40 degrees cooler this week.
