Many on sildenafil are so focused on getting an erection and would not care if you told them that it might cause blindness. I have had several patients ask me to discontinue their nitrates (including ISDN) so that they could get sildenafil. I work in the VA system where there is scrutiny of all rx'd meds; you can't prescribe sildenafil to someone on nitrates.CardioNPSat, 28 May 2005 13:58:00 -0000
